We accept returns of products purchased directly from Livii Supplements within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products not purchased directly from Livii Supplements (e.g., third-party retailers).
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
2. Return Process
2.1 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@liviisupplements.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
2.2 Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
